Because of the varied systems experience, LHT has strong skills in project management, even when the projects are not directly related to LHT database or website development. We assist customers with RFP (request for proposal) responses, vendor procurement, systems implementation, or any aspect of a project that the customer does not have the resources to manage internally. We have a proven implementation methodology that easily translates to other projects, regardless of the software or platform, as well as professional staff/consultants to ensure your needs are met in a timely fashion.
Often customers have several systems that require redundant data-entry. Or they need a new system but want to feed that data automatically into a legacy system like Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable. We can work with you, internal technical staff or other software vendors to integrate data from system to system. This eliminates duplicate data-entry efforts, which in turn maximizes productivity, reduces potential data-entry errors, and allows for your information to be stored in the appropriate application based on the task at hand. We can also help create systems that integrate with all of your other systems so that you have one repository for your data which in turn will give you consolidated reporting for your organization.
We provide end-user and/or train the trainer instruction at your site or in our offices. The depth of training is dependent on your goals. Training can have an end-user only orientation or it can be a more in depth technical training that allows you and your team to take full control of your LHT application. We are happy to provide front line support for short or extended periods of time. We are equally happy to train your staff to the degree that allows your team to have the tools for in house support and maintenance.
LHT provides maintenance and support to our clients. Services include, but are not limited to, database enhancements, conversions, integration to other business systems, normalization, report writing, and ongoing development. In addition we are happy to provide the same services for other customer legacy applications, not originally written by LHT.
We provide on-site, phone or email support to our customers. Maintenance and support is billed at an agreed to hourly rate or by specified maintenance contract. The latter will allow for you to budget maintenance and support services on a monthly basis without having to know exactly how much time you need.
